Malawian hip-hop artist Black Nina marked his birthday in a special and meaningful way this year by giving back to the community. Instead of hosting a big party, the rapper chose to visit mothers at Chileka Health Centre, where he donated various items to the maternity clinic.

During the visit, Black Nina interacted with expectant and new mothers, offering words of encouragement and inspiration. His donations included baby care products and other essential supplies meant to support mothers as they care for their newborns.

Speaking during the visit, the artist said birthdays are about celebrating life and giving thanks. He explained that he wanted to make his day more meaningful by sharing joy with mothers who play an important role in families and communities.

The gesture was warmly received by both patients and health workers at the facility, who praised him for thinking beyond personal celebration. Photos and videos from the visit were also shared online, with fans applauding his kindness and generosity.

Black Nina’s celebration reflects a growing culture among Malawian artists who are choosing to use their influence to support communities. His actions show that making a positive difference can be just as powerful as making hit songs.
