Malawian musician Blessings Masinga also Known as Black Flame has started the year on a positive note as his music career continues to grow with exciting developments.

Recently, Black Flame received a blessing from Shepherd Bushiri, who reportedly told him that his life would change greatly this year. This message has inspired his fans and raised expectations for a breakthrough year in his music journey.

In recognition of his good work, Kips Restaurant awarded Black Flame K5 million as a token of appreciation. The restaurant praised him for his efforts in inspiring young people to become responsible citizens and for producing a powerful song in collaboration with Ndirande Anglican Voices.

 The question of why Malawi is still not fully eligible for content monetization on major digital platforms has continued to worry many content creators in the country. While several African countries have already unlocked monetization opportunities, Malawi remains behind, raising concerns among local digital creators. This issue was recently discussed during a meeting involving the Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) and some of the country’s notable content creators, including Kelvin Mtambo, Victor Daffrece, Tupochere Kamoto, Nohaata Seven, Alick Chippie Chauwa, and Bright EKCESS Chiligo.
